Pricing questions

Why can't I purchase a monthly plan?

BoastIndex is built for value over time: scheduled inspections, status history, alerts, and reports that compound across months. Yearly billing matches that model. If you want something closer to a pay-as-you-go month, buy one-time index reports when you need them. The same workspace, reports, and exports are available either way.

Do you provide refunds?

No. Yearly monitoring plans and one-time index reports are non-refundable. You can cancel a yearly plan so it does not renew, and you keep access through the end of the paid period.

How is BoastIndex pricing calculated?

Price follows pages tracked times inspection frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly). Every plan includes the full product. Managed inspections start at $150/year for 100 pages on a weekly cadence. Bring-your-own Google Cloud quota plans are 20% lower.

What counts as a tracked URL?

A tracked URL is any page you add to BoastIndex for scheduled inspection. You can import from a sitemap, CSV, paste, or API. Only URLs you choose to monitor count toward your page total and inspection volume.

How does inspection frequency affect pricing?

Higher frequency means more inspections per month, which raises the price. Daily checks on 100 pages produce far more monthly inspections than monthly checks on the same set. Use the calculator on this page to see how cadence changes cost.

Can I run a one-time index report instead of recurring monitoring?

Yes. A one-time index report starts at $15 for up to 100 URLs, then $0.01 per additional URL. You get the same inspection depth as a monitoring plan without a subscription. You can upgrade to yearly monitoring later and keep your URLs.

Is the first index report free?

Yes for new accounts. Sign up and a one-time credit is applied at checkout that covers the $15 report for up to 100 URLs. Extra URLs still cost $0.01 each. The credit is one per account and does not apply to yearly monitoring plans.

Can I change my monitored URL count later?

Yes. Add or remove tracked URLs as your site or client list changes. Pricing updates with your new page count and inspection frequency on the next billing cycle for yearly plans.

Can I change inspection frequency later?

Yes. Switch URLs or the whole site between daily, weekly, and monthly cadences. More frequent checks increase monthly inspections and price; less frequent checks lower them.

What happens if my site has a large number of URLs?

Pricing scales with volume. Above 100,000 inspections per month, managed inspections are unavailable and you use your own Google Cloud project for URL Inspection quota. The calculator shows when that threshold applies.

Is there a minimum monthly price?

Yes. Managed plans have a $12.50/mo floor ($150/year). Bring-your-own Google Cloud plans have a $10/mo floor ($120/year). Those floors cover the smallest useful monitoring setups. Subscriptions are still billed annually, not month to month.

Can I cancel recurring monitoring?

Yes. You can cancel a yearly plan so it does not renew. There are no refunds for the unused portion of the year. You keep access through the end of the paid period. One-time index reports are a single purchase with no recurring charge and are also non-refundable.

Does a paid plan guarantee that Google will index my pages?

No. BoastIndex reports what Google Search Console returns. It does not request indexing, force indexing, or guarantee that Google will index a page.
