Before you write
How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a reply within one business day. Billing and account access questions usually come first. Product questions may take a bit longer if we need to look at your workspace.
Can I get help with a specific URL that dropped from the index?
Yes. Include the URL, what Google Search Console shows, and when you first noticed the change. If you already use BoastIndex, mention your workspace email so we can find the right account.
Do you offer demos or agency onboarding calls?
For agencies and teams managing multiple sites, yes. Tell us how many properties you monitor and what reporting your clients expect. We will schedule a short walkthrough.
